The Right Team Opens the Right Clinic. ACG Builds Both.

The opening team sets the culture, the conversion rate, and the patient experience for everything that follows. A technically excellent nurse who cannot sell a treatment plan. A front office that cannot handle objections. Any one of these kills the revenue.

Why Staffing Matters

Where Most Clinics Succeed or Fail

The opening team sets the culture, the conversion rate, and the patient experience for everything that follows. Most operators underestimate this. They focus on equipment, compliance, and marketing — and then discover on day one that their front office cannot close a consultation and their nurse cannot explain the protocol in terms that build patient confidence.

ACG addresses this before opening — not after the first month of disappointing conversion rates reveals the problem.

Sales training is a clinical asset, not an afterthought. It is what determines whether a qualified patient commits to a treatment plan. A clinic with excellent protocols and a team that cannot sell them underperforms a clinic with average protocols and a team that can.

The Staffing Sequence
01
Medical Director

ACG facilitates. The clinical foundation everything else depends on.

02
Nurse Practitioner

Licensed clinical provider for patient-facing services. State scope-of-practice specific.

03
Medical Assistant

Protocol-trained clinical support. Hiring criteria specific to regenerative health.

04
Sales Associate / Patient Care Coordinator

Conversion training, consultation management, package presentation.

05
Front-of-House Staff

Scheduling, intake, patient communication, and first impression management.

The Training Program

What Training Happens Before You Open

Three training tracks — clinical, operational, and sales — delivered before opening and followed up after real-world patient experience reveals what still needs sharpening.

Clinical Training

Protocol-specific training for selected modalities. Your clinical staff trained on your specific treatment menu before the first patient appointment.

Operations Training

Front and back office workflow, patient flow design, daily operations systems. Approximately 3–4 hours. All staff attend. Covers everything from intake to end-of-day close.

Sales Training

Lead-to-patient conversion, consultation frameworks, objection handling, package presentation, and follow-up systems — all specific to the regenerative health model.

Advanced Protocol Sales Training

Protocol-specific sales training tailored to your finalized service menu. The consultation conversation for a TRT patient is different from the one for a peptide patient.

Post-Launch Follow-Up Training

After real-world patient experience, ACG conducts follow-up training to address gaps, reinforce protocols, and sharpen team performance based on what is actually happening at the clinic.

Existing Clinic Staff Assessment

For existing operators with staff performance issues or preparing to scale — ACG's Existing Clinic Optimization engagement includes a staffing assessment and targeted training.

Hiring Support

ACG's Network — Not Generic HR

ACG assists with staff hiring through our network — Medical Assistants, Sales Associates, coordination for Nurse Practitioner roles. We know what to look for in each role for a regenerative health or aesthetics clinic specifically.

Staffing requirements vary by state scope-of-practice rules. What a Nurse Practitioner can do independently in one state requires physician oversight in another. ACG maps the staffing requirements for your specific location before you post a single job listing.

01
Role Mapping for Your State

ACG maps the staffing requirements for your specific location — which roles are required, what scope-of-practice rules apply, and in what order to hire.

02
Hiring Support via ACG Network

Introductions to Medical Assistants, Sales Associates, and Nurse Practitioner candidates through ACG's established network — not a job board.

03
Pre-Opening Training — All Tracks

Clinical, operations, and sales training delivered before opening. All staff attend the operations session. Role-specific clinical and sales training layered on top.

04
Launch Day & First Week Support

ACG advisory during the first week of patient-facing operations — when real-world gaps reveal themselves and rapid adjustment matters.

05
Post-Launch Follow-Up Training

30–60 days after opening, ACG conducts follow-up training based on what is actually happening at the clinic. Included in the post-launch advisory period.

Common Questions

Staffing & Training — Answered

The questions clinic owners ask most often before they engage. If yours is not here, the strategy call is the right place to bring it.

Which roles does ACG help me hire and train?
Five roles: Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, Sales Associate or Patient Care Coordinator, and Front-of-House Staff. ACG facilitates the Medical Director relationship directly and provides hiring support for Medical Assistants, Sales Associates, and Nurse Practitioner candidates through our network — not a job board.
Do I need to find my own Medical Director?
No. ACG facilitates the Medical Director introduction. The Medical Director is the clinical foundation everything else in the clinic depends on, and we coordinate the relationship directly because the wrong fit at this layer creates downstream problems for compliance, prescribing, and protocol approvals.
How long does the pre-launch training take?
Operations training is approximately 3–4 hours and all staff attend. It covers front and back office workflow, patient flow design, and daily operations systems from intake to end-of-day close. Clinical and sales training are role-specific and layered on top — clinical staff get protocol-specific training for your selected modalities, and customer-facing staff get the lead-to-patient conversion frameworks.
Does ACG handle staff hiring for clinics in any U.S. state?
Yes. ACG operates nationally, but the first step is always state-specific. Staffing requirements vary by state scope-of-practice rules — what a Nurse Practitioner can do independently in one state requires physician oversight in another. ACG maps the staffing requirements for your specific location before you post a single job listing.
What happens after the clinic opens?
Two things. ACG provides advisory during the first week of patient-facing operations, when real-world gaps reveal themselves and rapid adjustment matters. Then, 30–60 days after opening, ACG conducts follow-up training based on what is actually happening at the clinic — addressing gaps, reinforcing protocols, and sharpening team performance based on real patient interactions, not theoretical scenarios. Post-launch follow-up training is included in the engagement.
My clinic is already open. Can ACG still help with staff training?
Yes. For existing operators with staff performance issues or clinics preparing to scale, ACG's Existing Clinic Optimization engagement includes a staffing assessment and targeted training. The training program is the same one used for new launches — adapted to the gaps the assessment identifies in your current team.
