Ultimate Longevity Center Franchise: What the FDD Actually Shows
The Public Figures, What They Mean for a Buyer, and the Questions to Ask Before Signing
Why This Brand Is Getting So Much Attention
Ultimate Longevity Center launched in December 2025, began selling franchises in 2026 and announced in July 2026 that it had awarded 200 franchise territories in four months, before any location had opened. It was built by Sequel Brands, founded by Anthony Geisler, in partnership with Gary Brecka and Lifeforce.
Geisler is the founder and former CEO of Xponential Fitness. That operating pedigree, combined with Brecka's audience and Lifeforce's clinical platform, is the core of the pitch, and it explains the velocity of territory sales.
If you are evaluating this offer, the pitch is not the problem. The question is whether the numbers work for you. Here is what is publicly documented.
For the broader comparison, see Longevity Clinic Franchises in 2027.
This post is educational and does not constitute legal or financial advice. Franchise terms change between FDD versions and registration states. Figures cited are drawn from publicly available franchise directories and reporting; prospective buyers should request the current Franchise Disclosure Document directly from the franchisor and have it reviewed by a franchise attorney and an accountant before signing anything.
The Public Figures
Franchise directories publish figures for the brand, among them Peersense, IFPG and FranNet. Checked in October 2026, they show the following.
•Initial franchise fee: $65,000 for a single unit
•Total initial investment: $508,778 to $1,182,187 in FranNet's listing
•Net worth requirement: $1,000,000
•Liquid capital requirement: $150,000 in FranNet's and Peersense's listings; IFPG lists more than $250,000 in cash required
•Royalty: 8 percent of gross revenue
•Brand fund: 2 percent of gross revenue
•Technology fee: $850 in IFPG's listing, which does not say how often it is charged
•Multi-unit fees: in IFPG's listing, $65,000 for a second unit, $55,000 for a third, and $45,000 beyond three
•Veteran discount: 10 percent off the first franchise fee
Other directories, checked the same month, list different ranges: IFPG's listing, $508,778 to $1,082,188, and America's Best Franchises, $529,278 to $1,264,688. The variance likely reflects different FDD versions or state registration requirements, which is a practical reminder that directory figures are a starting point, not a substitute for the document itself.
Two Facts Worth Understanding Clearly
No Item 19
Franchise directories report no Item 19 financial performance representation for Ultimate Longevity Center: IFPG's listing for the brand, checked October 2026, shows "Item 19: No".
Under the FTC Franchise Rule at 16 CFR Part 436, Item 19 is optional. A franchisor may choose not to make financial performance representations. But the Rule is specific about the consequence: a franchisor that makes no Item 19 representation is prohibited from making financial performance representations anywhere else, including in advertising or on a website directed at prospective franchisees; the one exception left is the actual records of an existing outlet you are considering buying.
For a buyer, that means there is no authorized source telling you what a new unit will earn. Any number you hear in a sales conversation, from any party, is not an authorized financial performance representation and should not be relied on.
No franchised units open
IFPG's listing, checked October 2026, shows no franchised units open and no average unit revenue disclosed. For a brand that launched in December 2025, that is expected. It also means there is no operating history to evaluate: no mature unit economics, no established ramp curve, and no existing franchisee with a full year of results. In September 2026, with more than 275 territories sold, the company projected its first U.S. center to open by the end of the year.
Neither fact indicates anything improper. Both are material to a buyer trying to model a return on an investment of half a million dollars or more.

Running the Numbers
At 8 percent royalty plus 2 percent brand fund, a franchised clinic pays 10 percent of gross revenue, plus the technology fee: each $100,000 of annual gross revenue carries $10,000 a year in royalty and brand fund, owed for the life of the agreement.
These are paid on gross revenue, not profit.
For comparison: ACG's planning estimate for the startup investment in any of the 13 clinic types we support is about $107,000 to $130,000, our consulting fee included, with no royalties, no brand fund and no franchise fees. Working capital sits above that estimate, while a franchise's disclosed total initial investment also counts funds for a new clinic's first months of operation. Pricing for our engagement itself is discussed once the scope is clear. For what drives each cost, see what it costs to open a longevity clinic.
What 200 Territories and No Open Franchised Units Tell You
These two figures describe different things, and conflating them is a common error in evaluating a fast-growing franchise.
A signed territory means someone has signed an agreement and committed to a development schedule; in July 2026, Ultimate Longevity Center's 200 territories were held by 70 franchisees. An open unit means a location is operating, serving patients, and generating revenue that can be measured. Territory velocity measures how effectively a brand sells franchises. It says nothing about whether the units perform.
Reported materials also describe the model as semi-absentee, with a studio manager handling day-to-day operations while the owner provides strategic oversight. That is a legitimate structure and appealing to many buyers. It also means the unit economics must support a manager's salary on top of every other cost and the royalty, a figure worth modeling explicitly rather than assuming.
Questions to Ask Before You Sign
•How many units are open and operating today, as opposed to territories sold?
•What is the current build-out cost at the high end of Item 7, and what drives a unit to that end?
•Since there is no Item 19, what documentation exists that I may lawfully rely on?
•What are the territory boundaries, and under what conditions may another unit open nearby?
•What is the development schedule, and what happens if I miss it?
•Who is paid for placing me in this system, and how much?
•May I speak with franchisees who have left the system?
Request the current FDD directly from the franchisor, and have a franchise attorney and an accountant review it with you before signing anything. Under the Franchise Rule, you are entitled to receive it at least 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement or pay any money, unless one of the Rule's exemptions applies (16 CFR 436.8). That review window exists precisely so decisions of this size are not made inside a sales conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an Ultimate Longevity Center franchise cost?
FranNet's listing shows a total initial investment of $508,778 to $1,182,187, a total that also counts funds for a new clinic's first months of operation, and Peersense, IFPG and America's Best Franchises list a $65,000 initial franchise fee. IFPG's listing reports an 8 percent royalty plus a 2 percent brand fund and a technology fee ($850, without saying how often it is charged). Figures as published, checked October 2026; confirm current terms against the FDD, as published ranges vary by source.
Does Ultimate Longevity Center disclose earnings data?
Franchise directories report no Item 19 financial performance representation: IFPG's listing for the brand, checked October 2026, shows "Item 19: No". Under the FTC Franchise Rule, a franchisor without an Item 19 is prohibited from making financial performance representations anywhere, including on websites aimed at prospective franchisees; the one exception left is the actual records of an existing outlet you are considering buying. That means no authorized earnings figure exists for the buyer of a new unit to rely on.
How many Ultimate Longevity Centers are open?
IFPG's listing for the brand, checked October 2026, shows no franchised units open. The company announced 200 territories sold by July 2026 and more than 275 by September 2026, when it projected its first U.S. location to open by the end of 2026 (Athletech News). Territories sold and units operating are different measures, and only one of them reflects an operating business. Ask for a current count of open locations.
What would an independent longevity clinic cost instead?
ACG's planning estimate for the startup investment in any of the 13 clinic types we support is about $107,000 to $130,000, our consulting fee included, with working capital above it and no royalties, brand fund or franchise fees, while a franchise's disclosed total also counts funds for a new clinic's first months of operation. Where a clinic lands in that range depends on the state, the market, the lease and the build-out. The trade-off is that you build the brand rather than license one. Pricing for our engagement itself is discussed once the scope is clear.
